Please note that our school is CASHLESS, so we cannot take cash payments at the school office.

When you provide the office with your current email address, you will be invited to register to make online payments.

Arbor App

In order to pay for Before and After School Activities, Music Lessons and more, we use a free smartphone app for parents and carers called ‘Arbor Parent App’ for Apple (iPhone 3GS or later, iPad, iPod Touch) and Android (2.3 / Gingerbread or later) devices.

The set-up process is simple and will take no more than a couple of minutes:

  1. Search for “Arbor Parent App” in the Apple App Store/Google Play or on your phone go to https://apps.apple.com/gb/app/arbor-parent-app/id1448707412 (Apple) or https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.arboreducation.parentapp (Android)
  2. Install the app and if you are asked then say yes to “Allow Push Notifications”
  3. When you launch Arbor Parent App for the first time, please select ‘Forgotten Password’ and enter the email address you have registered with the school then press ‘Reset Password’
  4. The system will send an email to your phone; please set a new password and login to the Arbor Parent App.

Once you have got the system set-up, you will be able to access our payment options including After School Activities (Clubs section) and Musical Instruments (Clubs section).

School Gateway (Schoolcomms)

In order to pay for Breakfast Club, Heath Kidz Club and add hoc payments, we use a free smartphone app for parents and carers called ‘School Gateway’ for Apple (iPhone 3GS or later, iPad, iPod Touch) and Android (2.3 / Gingerbread or later) devices.

Please also download this free app to your phone to receive emails and text messages from school, as well as saving the school money.

The set-up process is simple and will take no more than a couple of minutes:

1. Search for “School Gateway” in the Apple App Store/Google Play or on your phone go to www.schoolgateway.com/apple (Apple) or www.schoolgateway.com/android (Android)
2. Install the app and if you are asked then say yes to “Allow Push Notifications”
3. When you launch School Gateway for the first time, please select ‘New User’ and enter the email address and mobile telephone number you have registered with the school
4. The system will send a PIN code to your phone; please enter this PIN code and the app will be activated for you.
