Parent Medical Permissions Form
Please complete a Parental Medical Permissions Form if you want us to administer medicine to your child during school time. Hard copies of this form are available from the front desk.
Hot Weather Precautions
Please remember to send your child to school ready for hot weather (e.g. sunhats, suncream). Suncream needs to be put on before coming to school. Encourage your child to develop a sense of responsibility for their own needs. Staff will support children to drink regularly and use designated playground ‘shady areas’.
