After carefully harvesting our onions and spinach, the Year 5 Chefs busily prepared to make Spinach Tarts.  They  shredded and blanched the spinach, sliced and fried the onions, added a few additional ingredients to create delicious cheesy spinach tarts.

They were very proud of their results.  One of them said, “when you put the passion into the growing then you put the passion into the cooking too.”  We couldn’t agree more!

We all missed Chef Amber, but hope she approves…
