This Week’s Learning

This Week’s Learning – week beginning 18/3/2019

Literacy

This week in literacy, we will be editing and publishing our non-fiction reports. We will then start our new literacy project, which will be based around the animation ‘Alma the Doll’.

Maths

In maths, we will continue our fractions topic and will be comparing and ordering fractions.

Science

This week, we will be discussing and comparing the seven life processes of different classifications of living things, including mammals, amphibians, birds, insects and plants.

Topic

For topic this week, we will be learning about Ancient Greek democracy compared to modern day democracy in the UK. We will also continue to make Ancient Greek style pots using papiermâché.
